Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Biotechnology Research Innovation Council (BRIC), an organization of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, invites applications from the Indian Nationals to join the Project Associate II position sanctioned under ANRF-funded (DST) project.
All the positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director regarding the selection of candidates will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Money
INR 42,000/- + HRA for candidates having passed (a) National Eligibility Tests — CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
INR 33,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under the above.
Qualification
Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent and Two years’ experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.
Experience
Candidates with experience in Bioinformatics, especially NGS data analysis, will be preferred.
