Online applications (through email) are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Project Technical Support – III, purely on contractual basis in the extramural project titled ​“A Training Program on the Applications of Molecular and Cellular Biology Tools in Biomedical Research”, sanctioned for up to 5 years under the HRD scheme of the Department of Health Research (DHR), New Delhi (PI: Dr. Subash Chandra Gupta, Professor and Head, Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Guwahati). 

The project is sanctioned up to five years. The appointment will be on temporary basis for a period of one year. Based on the performance in first year, the appointment could be extended till the end of the project

Salary: Rs 28,000/- + 20% HRA = Rs. 33,600/- (per month)

Postgraduate degree (with minimum 55% marks) including the integrated PG degrees in Biochemistry/​Biotechnology/​Biological Sciences or a related discipline.

Desirable qualifications: Working experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular and cell biology techniques, for a minimum period of 6 months
