The workshop covers the following topics; Introduction to Reverse Vaccinology, Immunogenic Epitope Prediction, Physiochemical Property analysis, Molecular Docking — Ligand Preparation, Protein Preparation, Docking and Result Analysis. This workshop aims to provide participants with hands-on training and in-depth knowledge on the latest computational approaches in vaccine design and molecular docking. Leading experts will deliver interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and practical case studies, making it an excellent learning opportunity for both beginners and experienced individuals.
